1. Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, unstained, and in its original packaging. Items must reach our warehouse within 7 days of the initial delivery. Initiate a return by contacting our customer support team at info@laleynadubai.com. They will guide you through the process and provide a return authorisation.
2. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective and are cleared with L·Aleyna Dubai.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
